Customer service was good when we checked in and when we needed extra bedding at night. But rooms are dirty had to switch rooms then in the “new” room there was cockroaches! All I was told was the GM would be there Monday to see what he can do? It’s Thursday mind you. I’d avoid going here unless dirty rooms and cockroaches are your thing. And it was when we had lights in and we’re moving around. So must be bad if they’re crawling around during the day! EDIT: for got to mention the hole in the bathtub just covered up with tape We have stayed here a few years ago seemed “clean” and never had issue.

If you needed fresh towels,you had to take your dirty ones to front desk and they would give you clean towels. Also, if trash was full, you took it to front desk and they would give you an empty bag. No housekeeping at all, only on checkout rooms. Pool

Red Roof took care of my son and his family and dog after their car broke down after Thanksgiving. We are so glad there are still dog friendly hotels that can accommodate families. They were great to work with, and it was a relief knowing my family had a roof over their heads as the temperature dropped. Thank you so much!

Staff was on point and eager to serve guests. I needed to extend my stay at a moments notice and was easily accommodated on a busy holiday weekend. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable, best sleep I've had in a long while! The breakfast was standard with biscuits and gravy and sausage patties which tasted good! I will definitely be returning with my entire family in the future. The pool is also saltwater, so it doesn't require as much chemical use for those with skin irritation issues.

Decent location. Second room we had to change to wasnÂ¿t so bad. Sheets were clean, not broken toilet or towel bars. Resolved double charge on credit card quickly and pleasantly.

AC/heat smelled badÂ¿triggered fire alarm,so couldnÂ¿t use, so room change caused double credit card charge(was resolved),towel bar falling off, loose shower rod, toilet ran constant,filthy front door broken, ran out of eggs/waffle mix, pool area bad,
